Coconut Cream Root Beer Dirty Soda

Ingredients

  • Ice
  • 1 cup (250 mL) root beer
  • 1 tbsp (15 mL) coconut syrup
  • ¼ cup (60 mL) Lactantia 18% table cream
  • ¼ tbsp (3.75 mL) vanilla bean paste or vanilla extract
  • Pinch of coconut sugar, for garnish

Directions

  1. Fill glass halfway with ice.
  2. Add root beer and coconut syrup.
  3. In a small measuring cup, combine table cream and vanilla.
  4. Pour cream mix over the soda mix and lightly stir.
  5. Top with a pinch of coconut sugar.
