Ingredients

  • 6 oz (175 g) Balderson Premium Cheddar Cheese
  • 2 oz (60 g) thinly sliced Italian salami
  • 2 oz (60 g) thinly sliced prosciutto
  • ½ cup tomato bruschetta
  • ½ cup marinated artichokes
  • ½ cup sliced roasted red peppers
  • ½ cup mixed pitted green and black olives
  • 12 garlic crostini

Directions

  1. On serving board or platter, arrange cheese, salami, prosciutto, bruschetta, artichokes, roasted peppers and olives.
  2. Arrange crostini on serving board.

Tips

Soppressata or Genoa salami both work well for Italian salami.
