Ingredients

  • 6 oz (175 g) Tortillons Cheese
  • 2 oz (60 g) thinly sliced Italian salami
  • 2 oz (60 g) thinly sliced prosciutto
  • ½ cup (125 mL) tomato bruschetta
  • ½ cup (125 mL) marinated artichokes
  • ½ cup (125 mL) sliced roasted red peppers
  • ½ cup (125 mL) mixed pitted green and black olives
  • 12 garlic crostini

Directions

  1. On serving board or platter, arrange cheese, salami, prosciutto, bruschetta, artichokes, roasted peppers and olives.
  2. Arrange crostini on serving board.

Tips

Soppressata or Genoa salami both work well for Italian salami.
