Creamy Protein Smoothie

4 x 1 cup

Ingredients

  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 1 cup Siggi’s Plain 12 g Protein Yogurt
  • 1 cup 3% milk
  • 1 cup frozen raspberries
  • ½ cup frozen sliced banana
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds, plus more for garnish
  • 1 tbsp hemp hearts, plus more for garnish
  • 2 tbsp almond butter

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend on high until smooth, approximately 1.5 minutes.
  2. Pour smoothie mixture into serving bowls.
  3. Top with additional chia seeds, hemp hearts, and fresh raspberries.
  4. Serve immediately.
