
Creamy Protein Smoothie
4 x 1 cup
Ingredients
- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 1 cup Siggi’s Plain 12 g Protein Yogurt
- 1 cup 3% milk
- 1 cup frozen raspberries
- ½ cup frozen sliced banana
- 1 tbsp chia seeds, plus more for garnish
- 1 tbsp hemp hearts, plus more for garnish
- 2 tbsp almond butter
Directions
- Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend on high until smooth, approximately 1.5 minutes.
- Pour smoothie mixture into serving bowls.
- Top with additional chia seeds, hemp hearts, and fresh raspberries.
- Serve immediately.
