Chipotle Bacon Ranch Breakfast Sandwich

Ingredients

  • Chipotle Bacon Ranch Breakfast Sandwich:
  • 2 tbsp (30 mL) Siggi’s® Yogurt
  • 1 tbsp (15 mL) mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp (5 mL) ranch seasoning mix
  • 1 tsp (5 mL) finely chopped chipotle in adobo
  • 2 slices sandwich bread, toasted
  • 2 slices Black Diamond® Processed Cheese Slices
  • 2 slices bacon, cooked
  • 1 egg, fried
  • Assembly:
  • 1 bagel, split and toasted
  • 2 tbsp (30 mL) Lactantia Cream Cheese – Herb & Garlic
  • 1 cup (250 mL) Beatrice® Single Serve Milk
  • 3/4 cup (175 mL) Siggi’s® Yogurt
  • 1 cup (250 mL) mixed berries, sliced citrus fruit or chopped fruit, for serving (optional)

Directions

  1. Chipotle Bacon Ranch Breakfast Sandwich: Mix together yogurt, mayonnaise, ranch seasoning mix and chipotle until blended; spread over 1 slice of bread. Top with cheese slices, bacon, fried egg and remaining slice of bread.
  2. Assembly: Spread bagel with cream cheese. Serve with Chipotle Bacon Ranch Breakfast Sandwich, milk, yogurt, and berries (if using).

Cooking Tips

  • Add lettuce and tomato to the sandwich if desired.
