Pretzels and Cheese Sauce
Yield: 6 Servings
Ingredients
- 1 tbsp Lactantia Butter
- 1 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 1 cup Lactantia 35% Cream
- 2 cups Cracker Barrel Old Cheddar block, shredded
- ¼ tsp each, salt and pepper
Directions
- In a small pot, melt the butter. Add the flour to make a roux, then gradually add the cream while whisking continuously to prevent boiling.
- Once thick, melt in the cheddar cheese and season with salt and pepper.
- Serve hot with warm pretzels!
