Pretzels and Cheese Sauce

Yield: 6 Servings

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp Lactantia Butter
  • 1 tbsp all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup Lactantia 35% Cream
  • 2 cups Cracker Barrel Old Cheddar block, shredded
  • ¼ tsp each, salt and pepper

Directions

  1. In a small pot, melt the butter. Add the flour to make a roux, then gradually add the cream while whisking continuously to prevent boiling.
  2. Once thick, melt in the cheddar cheese and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Serve hot with warm pretzels!
