
Lobster Grilled Cheese

Ingredients
- 2 slices bread
- 1 tbsp Lactantia unsalted butter
- 2 oz lobster meat, cooked and roughly chopped
- ½ cup baby arugula
- 2 Cracker Barrel medium cheddar cheese slice
- Pepper to taste
Directions
- Butter one side of each slice of bread.
- Heat a skillet over medium-low heat. Place one slice of bread, butter side down, in the pan.
- Layer one slice of cheddar, lobster, arugula, a pinch of pepper, and the second slice of cheddar on top.
- Place the second slice of bread on top, butter side up.
- Cook until the bottom is golden, then flip and continue cooking until the cheese is melted and both sides are golden brown.
- Slice in half and enjoy.
