Lobster Grilled Cheese

Ingredients

  • 2 slices bread
  • 1 tbsp Lactantia unsalted butter
  • 2 oz lobster meat, cooked and roughly chopped
  • ½ cup baby arugula
  • 2 Cracker Barrel medium cheddar cheese slice
  • Pepper to taste

Directions

  1. Butter one side of each slice of bread.
  2. Heat a skillet over medium-low heat. Place one slice of bread, butter side down, in the pan.
  3. Layer one slice of cheddar, lobster, arugula, a pinch of pepper, and the second slice of cheddar on top.
  4. Place the second slice of bread on top, butter side up.
  5. Cook until the bottom is golden, then flip and continue cooking until the cheese is melted and both sides are golden brown.
  6. Slice in half and enjoy.
