
Jalapeno Monteray Jack Chicken Burger with Roasted Garlic Mayo

Ingredients
Burger:
- 2 lbs ground chicken
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 jalapenos, seeded and finely diced (leave the seeds in if you want more spice)
- 2 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp kosher salt
- ½ tsp fresh ground pepper
- ½ cup cilantro, chopped
- 8 slices Cracker Barrel sliced Monterey jack cheese
- 8 hamburger buns
Roasted Garlic Mayo:
- 1 head of roasted garlic
- 1/3 cup mayonnaise
- Salt and pepper to taste
Guacamole:
- 2 large avocado
- 1 lime, juiced
- 2 tbsp cilantro, finely chopped
- Salt and Pepper to taste
Directions
- In a small bowl, mix the roasted garlic and mayonnaise. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Cover and refrigerate until ready to use.
- In a separate bowl, combine all the guacamole ingredients. Season to taste and set aside.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- In a medium mixing bowl, add the ground chicken and all burger ingredients, except for the cheese slices and buns. Mix until well combined and form into 8 patties.
- Grill the patties for about 8 minutes per side, or until they reach an internal temperature of 165°F.
- Place a slice of cheese on each patty just before they finish cooking.
- If desired, toast the buns. Serve the burgers with garlic mayo, guacamole, and your favorite toppings.
