
Cheesy Garlic Pull-Apart Bread

Ingredients
- 20 ciabatta buns
- 2 cups Lactantia Herb and Garlic Butter, cold
- 5 cups Galbani 21% Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
Directions
- Wash hands thoroughly with soap and warm water for 20 seconds.
- Sanitize all work surfaces.
- Use a white cutting board for dairy handling and prep.
- Slice each ciabatta bun in a criss-cross pattern, taking care not to cut through the bottom.
- Slice the Herb and Garlic Butter into thin pieces (approximately 1 tbsp / 15 g per bun).
- Stuff the butter into the cuts, pressing it down so it is fully inside the bread.
- Repeat the process with Mozzarella Cheese (approximately ¼ cup per bun).
- Place buns on a tray and cover for service.
For Service:
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Bake for 10 minutes, then remove from the oven.
- Brush each bun with additional melted Herb and Garlic Butter before serving.
- Discard any baked bread that has been at room temperature for more than 2 hours.
