
Broccoli Salad

Ingredients
Crust:
- 2 heads broccoli, trimmed and cut into bite size pieces
- 1 cup bacon, cooked and coarsely chopped
- 2 cups Black Diamond marble cheddar cheese, cubed
- ½ cup onion, finely chopped
Dressing:
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- ½ cup sugar
- 3 tbsp white vinegar
Directions
- In a large bowl, combine all of the salad ingredients.
- In a small bowl, whisk together all of the dressing ingredients.
- Pour the dressing over the salad, toss to coat, and serve
