Broccoli Salad

Ingredients

Crust:

  • 2 heads broccoli, trimmed and cut into bite size pieces
  • 1 cup bacon, cooked and coarsely chopped
  • 2 cups Black Diamond marble cheddar cheese, cubed
  • ½ cup onion, finely chopped

Dressing:

  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • ½ cup sugar
  • 3 tbsp white vinegar

Directions

  1. In a large bowl, combine all of the salad ingredients.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together all of the dressing ingredients.
  3. Pour the dressing over the salad, toss to coat, and serve
